'Don't insult': Mamata refuses to give speech at Netaji event after sloganeering in PM Modi's presence
West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday lost her cool over sloganeering at a Netaji event in Kolkata and refused to give her speech in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
